The College is a Government Institution which comes under the Uttar Pradesh Technical University. The Institute has AICTE and UGC approval. It was established by the Uttar Pradesh State Government in the year of 2010. Within the time period of less than six years, it has almost completed all its buildings and the many more hostels, playing grounds, gymnasium, auditorium, swimming pool etc. are under the construction.
