The Gray Painted Pottery culture is an Iron Age Indian culture of the western Ganges Plain and Gaggar Hakra Valley on the Indian Subcontinent, provisionally dated to c. From 1200 to 600-500 BC, although newer publications suggest a range of 1500 to 700 BC.

It is an inheritor of the H cemetery culture and black and red tableware culture in the region, as well as a contemporary of the BRW culture in the eastern Ganges plain and in Central India.
