To get Admission into the B-tech program a candidate is supposed to give JEE Main examination and secure a rank as per the cut-off. If you are from Gujarat state 50% of the seats are reserved for the candidates via GUJSET and 35% seats are reserved via JEE Mains.

The eligibility for admission as all india seat candidate to pandit deendayal petroleum university is -

A candidate should have secured a rank in Paper – 1 of JEE (Main) 2020

AND

A candidate should have passed the Qualifying Examination with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST) in aggregate in theory and practical of Physics & Maths (with Chemistry or Biology or Computer or Vocational Subject) from single board.

So you should give jee main exam to apply for admission to engineering courses in this college.
