As per your question, to compare any colleges one should compare in terms of comparing their placements and fees structure along with education facility in that particular branch.

1) Bharath university :-

If considering placement department they have an average placement package of 3LPA and highest placement package of 15LPA.

They have good education facility as they have well qualified professors.

2) parul university :-

As per placement point if view they placed students at an average package of 5 to 6LPA and highest CTC package of 20LPA.

They also have good education facility as they have well and qualified professors.

So as per comparing bot of these colleges, both of them are good at their place but as if we compare placement department parul university is better in terms of placement. So as per my point of view you should persue CSE department in parul university.
