AP ECET 2019 Counselling Procedures

• Processing Fee Payment:

  • Processing Fee - Rs.1200 for OC/BC and Rs.600 for SC/ST.

  • Candidates will have to pay the processing fee by online mode only by credit card or debit card or through net banking.

  • Click on the ‘Processing fee payment online link’ on the web page.

  • Candidates have to enter the hall ticket number, rank and captcha code without any mistakes and click on ‘Pay fee online’.

  • A web page will be redirected to the payment gateway, candidates have to choose their preferred online payment mode.

  • After the completion of payment, the candidate has to note down the reference number and take a print out of the payment and produce at the time of verification of certificates.

• Counselling Procedures of AP ECET 2019: Candidates have to follow the stages as indicated below for certificate verification at Help-line Centre.

  • Stage-1: Help Line Centre (HCL) Activities:

    • Candidates have to hand over the rank card to the officers at the HCL.

    • They need to fill some mandatory details on a Registration-cum-verification form which includes hall ticket number, rank etc

    • Candidates have to wait until the announcement by the officer at the registration counter for certificate verification.

• Stage-2: Verification of Certificates:

  • Candidates should verify the following details printed on Registration-Cum-Verification form

    • Local area

    • Sex

    • Minority

    • Category

    • Special Reservation category

    • Date of birth

    • Mobile number

    • Fee Reimbursement Eligibility etc.

  • If the candidate belongs to Open Competition (OC) Category, directly report to Certificate verification officer. However, other candidates have to submit the caste certificated of SC/ST/BC.

  • The Officers will verify the original certificates like Hall ticket, Rank card, Marks memo, Income certificate, Study certificate etc

  • Collect the Manual option form and retain with you and then leave the Counseling Hall.

• State-3: Preliminary work to be done the candidates at home for exercising options:

  • Candidates are advised to go through the list of colleges and tuition fee details.

  • Now the candidates need to fill the district code, college code and course code in the Manual option form.

  • Seat allotment will be done based on Rank, Gender, Local Area, reservation category etc. in the order of preference.

• Stage-4: Procedure to be followed on the web browser:

  • Generation of password: Click on the ‘candidate registration’ and fill the necessary details includes registration number, hall ticket no., date of birth and rank as printed in the certificate verification. Candidates have to enter the register number and password on the web page.

  • Options entry: Click on Click here for ‘option entry’ and fill the essential details.

  • After completion of ‘option entry’ click on the ‘log out’ button and close the web browser.

• Step-5: Final Allotment of Seats:

  • Candidates have to download the seat allotment order through ‘Candidate Login’.

  • The allotments will be prepared on the basis of category, merit, sex, special reservation category, Local area etc.
