Please call the KEA office and explain your problem to them, they will be able to better assist you on the same.

If you are for some reason unable to get through to them, please plan a visit to the office, do take all your documents and ID proof as they may be needed to verify your identity.

They should yes, please call them tomorrow as the office is most likely to be closed today (being a sunday).
