As you have not mention the name of examination, i will assume it to be aiims examination as it's date the nearest one. If your concern is about pen or rough sheets, let me tell you that these are things which are provided inside the examination hall and yes you are not allowed to wear shoes as they may be used for unfair means, avoid wearing shoes try to wear slippers, open sandals.
