Since you are not able to download the admit card due to a technical error on the website, wait for a day more as these kinds of problems occur when there is a lot of traffic trying to access a website and it crashes. It's just a glitch that's common, so don't worry you will be able to download the admit card of PGCET 2019 within a day or two maximum from the official website.
