Hello Aishwarya, if you are asking about NEET UG form, i would like to inform you it is mandatory for the candidate to bring an additional passport size photograph indicating clearly the name of

candidate along with the date of taking the photograph for affixing it on the specific space in the attendance sheet on the day of examination.


But it wont be a problem if your remaining form is all right!it wouldn't create a problem.

Take your Aadhar card with you at centre.
