Firstly Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is a professional degree in the medical field, equivalent to an MBBS course.

This course is available only in India, but can be practiced in places outside India like Nepal, Bangladesh, and other South Asian countries.

You need to qualify neet for admission in BAMS.

You have to undergo aayush councelling for the same.

There are as many as 170 colleges offering BAMS degree across the country.

Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery is a five-year undergraduate academic degree which offers knowledge about the homoeopathic medicines and system.

Age Limit for the BHMS program is 22 years for the general category and 24 years for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC).

You also need NEET extrance exam for this.

These courses participate in aayush councelling which will start soon.

For National, Private and Central universities, 100% seats will be filled through the AYUSH counselling 2020.
