As you have a doubt that you want to know whether you need to include your OBC category certificate with SEBC certificate or not.

I would like to tell you that there is a slight difference in between OBC certificate and SEBC certificate, in case of OBC certificate it depicts your community based on the certificate you are eligible to apply for various quota or reservation for OBC seats but in case of SEBC certificate it only simplifies your education qualification and somehow it has nothing to do with the OBC certificate for your community benefit, so in my opinion it will be better to include your OBC certificate as an alternative so that it will help you in getting better rank or better college if this is your motive to add the certificate. Also it will be important to upgrade or renew your certificate as soon as possible so it will be more beneficial for you.
