Mainly normalization is used to know your percentile rank.
Use this formula to predict the rank:
  • Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100.
  • Your rank may differ from the official cutoff and results which were released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
You have to wait for the official results.

SIR ACCORDING TO A PRESS RELEASE BY NTA, THE NO. OF STUDENTS WHO GAV MAINS ATTEMPT WERE AROUND 8 LAKH 74K, THEN WHY ARE U USING 145386 FOR RANK CALCULATION?

The number I mentioned is for jee mains Paper 2  exam.the number of applicants applied for paper 1 exam is 874469.

But sir total no of candidates are 9.54 lacs
Then how can we use 14 lacs

Everybody knows that 9.54 lacs are appearing so how come you are counting for 14.5 lacs
Its not a joke sir

For April exam there may be increased in number from 8 to 14 lash. Because this year exam held twice.
