Sainik Schools do not typically release public lists of students who were selected but then medically disqualified. The medical examination is a crucial part of the admission process, and many conditions can lead to disqualification, such as certain vision or hearing impairments, chronic diseases like asthma or diabetes, severe skin conditions, or musculoskeletal issues. Each school conducts its medical board, and the decision is final.
The medical fitness standards are similar to those for the NDA (National Defence Academy) entrance. If a student is found medically unfit, their provisional admission is canceled.
