Engineering entrance exam has an exhausting list depending upon colkeges.

For Karnataka based Colleges on eneeds to appear for KCET or PESSAT or COMEDK.

For top NITs and IIITs, you need to appear for JEE Mains.

For all coveted IIT, you need JEE Advanced.

For colleges in West Bengal, you would need WBJEE.

For BITS campuses like Goa, Hyderabad and Pilani you need to appear for BITSAT.

For Maharashtra based Engineering colleges, you require MHTCET.

There are some colleges which also accept VTUEEE for VIT.

Other Engineering exams which are specific to just one colkege are SRMJEE, UPSEE, KIITEE, EAMCET, IPUCET, LPU Nest.

Majority of colleges in India shall accept JEE makn and Advanced and are must to appear for Btech courses.

For Mtech, you need to appear for GATE exam.
