As the link for payment of processing fee is inactive nothing can be done by outsiders. It is only the concerned authorities who can do anything. There is help desk. But today is Sunday, and I am not sure whether they will respond. And it will be useful to contact helpdesk for queries especially when the link is inactivate before the last date.
