Yes, you surely can get MA Psychology . There are various universities that offer the MA Psychology course and do not need the BA psychology for admission. Some of them are Delhi University, BHU , JMI etc. However, most of the universities conduct entrance tests for which you need to go through the BA psychology syllabus a bit. And yes, you can practice counseling psychology after these.
