Generally in Llm placement is low, I know that. I really concerned about faculty and teaching placement

See not saying its too bad or too good, it's a decent college and on the bright side the students are proactive and helpful and most of your knowledge and exposure here comes directly or indirectly from them. For placement, keep doing internship and try to maintain contact with seniors especially those who will be getting selected in bigger corporate companies... All the best

Yes you can joint college as an teaching staff to 1st year & 2yr students... After gaining some experience trying in bigger colleges/ national colleges/ international colleges in India... All the best
