There aren't any colleges in Andhra Pradesh offering Engineering with zero fee.Goverment institutes charges minimal amount of fee say less than 60,000 for 4 years like Andhra University, JNTU Kakinada etc.If you get free seat you don't need to pay your tuition fee for that you need to secure a rank within 10,000.Candidates belonging to SC/ST category with parent's annual income not more than 2.5 lakhs will get full fee reimbursement regardless of their rank.Candidates belonging to EBC, OBC, PWD with parent's annual income less than one lakh will get partial reimbursement.

Pooja, there is no College that offers B.Tech for free in any State not just Andhra Pradesh. There are Government Colleges which charge you nominal fees and then there are Government Quota seats in Private Colleges which charge you lesser than the Private College fee structure. Now the State Government of AP has come up with a new scheme wherein they reimburse the 100% fee for Candidates belonging to EBC, BC, Kapu, Minority and PWD Categories.
