You have got ample time and I am sure if you'll work hard you can definitely get more that 150 just keep in mind that you have to be regular this is the thing most students lack they leave study for days then come back that is they study in intervals. I request you to study daily do not skip even a day atleast complete a single topic. For physics complete your 12th portion which is a must and in 11th rotation, work power energy, circular motion, shm, sound are some important topic. Chemistry is a rank booster so I won't advise you to skip even biomolecules.
