I'll tell you in general.

There are many countries in with the course fee for MBBS is lesser than what you would have to pay if you get a medical college through management quota. These countries are

1. China : 10 to 15 lakhs
2. Russia :  5 to 10 lakhs
3. Ukraine : 5 to 10 lakhs
4. Philippines : 12 to 25 lakhs
5. Georgia : 5 to 8 lakhs
6. Kyrgyzstan :5 to 8 lakhs
