Hello,

The process of admission in Class XI, in general, for India, starts with an application form that needs to be filled up online, either through the school's website or through some prescribed portal. General eligibility to apply generally requires that one has completed Class X from a recognized board. Most of the schools conduct entrance exams to short-list the candidates.

There should be no missing document, and the student needs to prepare a birth certificate, transfer certificate, recent photographs, and academic records. Generally, admission fees have to be paid when you are confirmed. Applicants are usually selected based on entrance test scores and academic performance. The dates of applications vary widely but nearly all come between October to December of the following year for the next academic session.

Specifics regarding a school or board can be found on their website or the CBSE website for new guidelines and deadlines.
