The syllabus of class 11th & 12th is very important for further entrance exam so I would suggest you to cover the complete syllabus as it will help you for the basis concepts of the subjects. If you are planning JEE Main Entrance or any other state level entrance exam then its syllabus play an important role to crack the exams.

Don't prefer the shortcuts in class 11th.
