To be very straight forward, your tattoo will put you in trouble, only if the invigilator or the security check before NEET have objections with it. ... If tattoos are present outside body , you may straight forward be rejected because it is deemed to be case of cheating. Hope this information helps you.

You could get in touble, if the invigilator or the security check before NEET have objections with it.
I know its difficult to remove them but try to hide it using makeup or something.
Your tattoos will prevent you from joining AFMC, in case you want to, provided you are not belonging to those categories of tribes, for whom tattoos are allowed.
You can get lucky if you have minor tattoo in internal parts of body like chest etc since these parts are not generally checked. If tattoos are present outside body , you may straight forward be rejected because it could be considered as a case of cheating.
