Your category rank is good,but every year the cutoffs vary and no one can give you the exact cutoffs,as there is a lot of competition. I would attach a link for you,kindly check that,it will show you the colleges that you may get with that rank,you can also compare colleges based on different parameters and decide before taking up a college.
