The best preparation for JEE mains would be by first studying the NCERT books of std 11th and 12th.

You need to study the NCERT books to clear your fundamentals.

After that you must study from reference books.

For Mathematics R.D.Sharma 's Objective Mathematics  is the best books recomended by everyone it has a lot of complex problems.

For Physics the H.C.Verma would do as it has the same difficulty the JEE Mains exam has.

R.C.Mukherjee is for Chemistry subject , it has a lot of numericals and lot of problems on inorganic chemistry.

Once done with these, you can move on to some standard reference books. Like Concepts of Physics by HC Verma is one of the best books for solving complex problems and having in depth knowledge. Other books you can follow- Understanding physics by Freedman and Young, Problems in physics by SS Krotov and Problems in General Physics by I.E Irodov - these two books have qualitu problems as per the level of Jee Main.

For Inorganic Chemistry, Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J D Lee is one of the best books for having in depth knowledge. You can rely on Chemical Calculations by RC Mukherjee for solving complex problems. Orgamic Chemistry can be done from NCERTs. Or else, OP Tandon will be enough.

Objective Mathematics by RD sharma has basics of all topics so you can fully focus on this book. Solve problems from this. Write down all the formulae in a note book which you can access any time needed. Play with Graphs by Amit M Agarwal (Arihant Publications) for Solving Problems, Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH and Integral Calculus by Amit M Agarwal.
