There is no private or government college in India that claims or guarantees any foreign placements. But this not the end, many international companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft etc visit top colleges in India like IIT, NIT, IIM etc every year and also offer placements abroad. Other option is you can apply for off campus placements , in which there is no intervention of any college, it's direct you & the recruiting companies. Do research & stay updated with any such opportunity online.

Getting overseas jobs in Campus Placement that too from Private Engineering Colleges is mostly not possible.

But top MNC companies may partner with Top Institutes like NITs, IITs, IIITs, BITS etc and may offer jobs abroad but chances are very very less.

If you want good jobs in Foregin you can study B.Tech in India and then M.S in foreign countries or else study both Bachelor's in Engineering and Master's in Engineering course in foreign for better opportunities.
