Hello Ravindra,
The Armed Force Medical College conduct their own counselling for admission in MBBS through NEET.The admission is based on merit in NEET.The authorities conduct screening tests.The selection is not only on basis of merit NEET but a personal assessment test  ToELR and Personal interview.After shortlisting the candidates they are given admission in AFMC, Pune.The intake is 150.
Also you can appear for Indian army B.sc nursing exam to pursue nursing in defence.The intake for this course is 40.
