Hello Anjun

Anesthesia or anaesthesia ("without sensation") is a state of controlled, temporary loss of sensation or awareness that is induced for medical purposes. It may include relief from or prevention of pain, muscle relaxation, loss of memory, or unconsciousness

Hello,

Anaesthesia is a medical term which is use for numb sensation in certain areas of the body. Anaesthetics are used during surgical operations for induce sleep.

Anaesthesia means "loss of sensation".

Two commonly used types of anaesthetics are  and general anaesthetics

Local anaesthetics is where a small area of the body is numbed and you remain fully conscious – often used during minor procedures

General anaesthetic is where you're totally unconscious and unaware of the procedure – often used for more serious operations

An anaesthetic can be given in a number of ways:

  • As an ointment, spray or drops
  • As an injection into a vein
  • As a gas you breathe in

Some common side effects that can occur after a general anaesthetic:

  • Feeling or being sick
  • Dizziness and feeling faint
  • Feeling cold or shivering
  • Headaches
  • Itchiness

I hope you get some knowledge anaesthetic.
