Hi Princey, 

Its okay if you did not have maths as a subject in 12th level. You will not be able to find good options in Delhi. There are still few colleges available which offer BCA with non maths. 

1. Indira Gandhi National Open University(IGNOU)- AICTE approved, well known to almost all IIT.

Eligiblity criteria- 10+2

Duration:- 3 years minimum and 6 years maximum.

2. Sharda University:- 

Eligiblity crietria:- Senior secondary 10+2 with minimum 50% marks. Maths,  stats , computer, Information science being one of the subject.

Duration :- 3 years

According to me best for you is IGNOU as it provides you the distance  learning mehod. You can even do MCA after IGNOU'S BCA. Also, you will have to take MTE-03 as a subject which has 12th maths.
