Some of the government colleges accepting NATA are:

MSU BARODA
Dayalbagh Educational Institute
MGR College
SIr JJ College of Architecture
GGSIPU College
SMVDU College

These are few of the colleges that provides good infrastructure and faculty.However I am providing a link which can help you to go through all the other colleges.
