You can consider Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) as a subset of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).

An ETE course must cover Semiconductors, various devices based on them and their abstractions (courses on Analog Electronic Circuits, Digital & Switching Circuits, and Systems, Microprocessor, Linear IC Systems, Embedded System, Power Electronics, etc) as an introduction to Electronics. courses on computer communication, networking, Data communication, etc are part of ECE.

Both have a good scope in future. If we compare the branches then ECE as has more scope and placements in the future.

The Mody University was established in the year 2004 by Shri. R.P.Mody. He is a true visionary who took an idea ahead of his time and founded Mody University exclusively for Women.
