No,graduation is not mandatory for any level in CA and CA Foundation.As per the CA eligibility criteria,students must complete their 10+2 with 60% marks. But there is one benefit for CA Foundation students that if you have completed your graduation like B.com (//B.com) you are eligible to give second round of CA by skipping first round that is CA Foundation.
