the release date will vary as per college. As of now some colleges has opened the admission form.  You have to check the official webpage of the college/university/private institute as per your option list.

if you could mention your domicile state then i would be able to suggest college near to your residential area.

Admission is given on the basis of merit in most of the colleges. There might be some screening test/interview in top universities.

It is expected  that most of  the admission form will be released by next month. Process will get delayed so there will be enough time before the last date.
