Whether you will be able to get a seat in the second round of counselling or not will depend on how you filled in the choices. If the choices that you have filled are difficult for you to get then you might be unable to get a seat in the counselling and if you a strong chance of getting the choices that you have filled then you might get a seat in the second round.
