Have you appeared for any entrance exam for engineering?

There are very limited colleges who give admission on the basis of class 12 you can try in private colleges of Rajasthan.

I have appered for VITEEE but rank is going 1 lakh...
That's why i asking and my jee score also very bad

Go for private engineering college of your state or take a one year drop and prepare for competitive exam
