The candidate needs to apply for CSAB counselling by filling an online application form. The online application form for the year 2019 was available from June 28,2019 to july 6,2019. But now the dates for registration are over. So you can only apply next year.

But you can apply for CSAB special round 2019 to get a seat in the left over seats of IITs , NITs and SFTIs after initial rounds of counselling.  And , you can register for it from july 24,2019 to july ,26,2019.
