I don't think there is any such colleges in Kolkata which gives you admission in BA hons Economics course without Maths. As far as i know each and every colleges will ask for Maths for BA Eco.

You can do Bsc Economics without Maths in Kolkata as there are various colleges for this course. Please correct me if i am wrong anywhere.
