Both the AIIMS are equally good for MBBS. But if we compare them , then AIIMS  patna stands a step ahead of AIIMS  raipur for following reasons

•  Academics is better in AIIMS Patna and yes , a better faculty can be a reason for this.
• Rules and regulations are strictly followed which can make you a disciplined student
• Spread over an area of 134 acres.

In rest of the things , both the colleges are at same level.
