If you are worried about the concepts of Physics and Chemistry then you can prefer the book Concept of Physics by H.C.Verma for Physics and O.P.Tondon for Chemistry. That will help you for your concepts. You can also refer the books by Arihant Publications. And then solved chapterwise questions.
