Hi Atul, your dream of becoming a scientist at NASA or ISRO is very good. You should do B.Tech+ M.Tech or B.sc+ M.sc for becoming a scientist. You can appear for their exams which held seperately. You can appear for UGC NET or CSIR NET after graduation as well to get a fellowship.

Always try to keep updating yourself with new technologies as well.
