In regard to the KVPY exam, there are 3 separate criterias for students studying in 11, 12 and pursuing graduation respectively. However, you did not mention in which standard you study.

Nevertheless, if you are studying in 11in science stream, then you will need to secure a minimum of 75% in math and science subjects in class 10th board exams while for SC, ST and PWD categories, the minimum required marks is 65%.

In case you are pursuing science stream in class 12, you must secure a minimum of 75% in math and science subjects in class 10th board exams. While for SC, ST and PWD categories, the minimum required marks is 65%. In order to avail the scholarship, you must secure a minimum of 60% in math and science subjects in class 12th board exams to take up the fellowship and for SC, ST and PWD category, the minimum required marks is 50%.

Lastly, if you are in your 1st year of graduation pursuing any basic science coirses, then you will need to secure a minimum of 60% in math and science subjects in class 12th board exams whereas for SC, ST and PWD categories, the minimum required marks is 50%. In order to avail the scholarship, you must secure a minimum of 60% in the first year of your undergraduate course to take up the fellowship. However, for SC, ST and PWD categories, they will have to score the minimum required marks of 50%.
