Hello Nitish

If you are preparing for UPSC, and you are interested in History, Political Science, and Geography, then it is on  you to select whiever subjects you want for your IAS Exam.

As no subject is easy and even in Prelims you cannot just mug up, because even MCQ requires analytical skills, thus it would be better for you to first go through last year's paper, you syllabus and consider everything and then see what subject fits you better.

If you are interested in these three subjects, it would be benefit for you since you do not need to prepare for the GS paper separately as these subjects go in handy.

However please consider the questions, study material and syllabus and compare your excellence and then choose the right subject.

I wish you all the best, I hope this was helpful!
