Ramaiah Institute of Technology (RIT) , formerly known as M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT), is an autonomous private engineering college located in Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka. It was established in 1962, & affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University.

It is an institutional member of the ISTE and is recognised by the AICTE ( All India council for technical education ). It has been accredited by NBA & approved by ISO.

M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic offers only one diploma program under them, and it came into existence in 1997. More than 700 students have enrolled, and there is the best infrastructure given with AICTE approval.

Atleast 50% marks are required in 10+12/equivalent, candidates shall be from ITI. Considering the same MSRP, admissions to the diploma will be granted.

1st year -->I NR 10.75k

2nd year--> INR 10.75k

3rd year--> INR 10.75k
