Broad categories are digital, data, and professional soft skills.

Last year, we came up with a report by industry as to what are the skills of the future in that specific industry. Let's take B.Com as an example, if the B.Com student wants to go and work in the finance department in a bank then there are 9 skills that we have called out, so along with learning finance, in the areas of digital, data, business management are the skills that should also be built.

Professional soft skills have always been important and probably even more important today and I would classify them into two buckets:

Being able to communicate well, work in a team, critical thinking, problem solving is important but today the second bucket of skills which is becoming important is the virtual version of these skills.

Virtual leadership has become an important skill and similarly working in virtual teams, etc.
