So yes even if you've considered your self a weak student don't loose hope. 

Yes you can get into any good college of your choice to be able to study software engineering.

You just need to put on a bit of effort in your class 12 examination try getting at least a 75% score well in your jee get a good rank you will definitely get a good reputed college. 

Even if you don't get into a good reputed engineering college and study in a mediocre one don't give up. I'm sure with hard work comes success.
