For the private school students, you will have to obtain the original marksheet (hard copy issued on behalf of your board) of class XII from the school itself and it is usually available after 1 to 2 months of releasing the results.

Your provisional marksheet is immediately available to download from official CBSE website or DigiLocker which is also legally accepted but original hard copy marksheet is a must at many places.
