The procedure is similar irrespective of board like cbse, nios. The aspirant is required to complete the eligibility criterias like age >17, passed from a recognised national or state examination board and should have 50% and > in PCB aggregate. You will be required to give NEET which is mandatory for admissions for all medical colleges in India except JIPMER and aiims which have its own exams, and if you want to pursue mbbs there they have their own UG Examinations.

Only after passing the cutoffs , you shall be allowed for Counselling and admissions.
