The admit card includes the undertaking, instructions for candidates and important advisory for COVID-19

The first page is the admit card and the rest pages are the proforma. You have to download all the pages of the admit card.

And you have to paste one passport size photograph in the admit card, another one in the Self Declaration form and you have to take one additional photograph along with you which has to be pasted on the Attendance sheet. Along with the admit card, you have carry an original valid photo ID proof, PwD certificate (If applicable), transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitizer and your mouth and nose should be covered with mask properly. The guidelines must be followed.
