If You score among top100 then only there are chances of getting into PSUs because the First choice is PSUs and NOT MTech, Even If you are able to take admission at IIT, PSU is a better option over that. Unless you are aiming for full-time research in future or later want to join PSUs as Researcher then only You should go for MTech otherwise if you are getting into PSUs don't leave them.
