Hello Aspirant, this is depend on by which college you want to compare. If I am talking about Punjab university and Punjab technical university then PU is better than PTU. There are so many colleges under PTU, so you have to select that college in which maximum companies come for the placement. 

So it is depend on which college under PTU you choose.
